Return & Refund Policy
At Kyro, we don't just sell clothes; we create them specifically for you. Every single order is printed only when you hit the 'buy' button. This "made-to-order" approach allows us to reduce waste and ensure that you receive a fresh, high-quality piece made just for you.

 1. Damaged or Wrong Itemsreplacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product (wrong design, color, or size).Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kyro17332@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged.
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date with clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Sizing & Change of Mind)
Because each product is printed only after you order it, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:
Incorrect Sizing: Please refer to our sizechart before placing an order.
Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns if you change your mind after the product has been printed.
Minor Variations: Slight color shifts between the screen and physical print are normal.

3. Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement. After this time, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
