1. Introduction
Shipping Policy
At Kyro, we believe in getting your custom-made styles to you as fast as possible. Since every product is printed specifically for you after you order, we follow a dedicated timeline to ensure quality.
1. Dispatch Timelines
Production: Every order takes 1-2 business days for printing and quality checks.
Shipping: * Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM are dispatched within the next 48 hours.
Note: Our production unit is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, your package will reach you within:
Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3-5 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
To keep things simple, we offer flat shipping rates across India:
Prepaid Orders: ₹60 Flat Shipping.
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders to cover additional courier processing.
Regional Surcharge: A small additional charge of ₹25 applies to remote regions (North East, J&K, Himachal, etc.) as per logistics partners.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can monitor your package's journey directly from the link.
5. Address Corrections
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee will be applicable to send it back to you.to Kyro. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our store.
2. Made-to-Order Nature
At Kyro, we follow a sustainable "made-to-order" model. This means that we do not keep pre-printed stock. Every product is printed specifically for you only after you place an order. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your item is being custom-created for you.
3. Payment and Pricing
We accept various online payment methods. All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Accuracy of Information
We try our best to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or phone screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Minor variations in print and color are part of the custom printing process.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content displayed on this website are the property of Kyro. You are not permitted to use, copy, or distribute any of our artwork or content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your order and access to our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kyro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Kyro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
